The Serving Committee is continuing our various ministries. We’ve gone through all of them once and are now starting around again with Cookies for Fire Stations. Usually, we focus on Fire Station Two, but we would like to expand our efforts a little more through these difficult times. Starting Monday, February 1st, we would like to have Trinity members volunteer to take cookies to one of the stations. We would like to have someone sign up for every Monday thru Friday through the end of the month, February 26th. Cookies can be homemade, store-bought, or even Girl Scout cookies!
When you select your date and Station please email Marilyn Young,
email@example.com, and let her know which/what you have chosen and hopefully share any alternate choices. The Fire Chief has given his okay for us to do this – just let them know you are from Trinity. If you are unable to deliver cookies yourself, contact Marilyn and she’ll try to find someone to deliver them for you, or you can take them to the church office and we’ll take them from there.

Two ZOOM Classes will be offered in mid-February, one during the day and one evening/Saturday morning class. We are trying to reach more people offering both day and evening classes.
With COVID-19 only becoming worse, we believe that the future of in-person classes will not be possible for quite some time. We want all of you to be safe and will endeavor, through ZOOM Classes, to provide the same high quality Lay Servant Ministry Classes we have always provided in the West District.
We want to hear from you, on your needs for future classes, so please contact me with any questions.
NEW TO USING ZOOM? Please contact the church office for pointers.
The Church Office is open by appointment only. Please call 928-344-3013 to set-up an appointment. We are answering phone messages and responding to e-mails as we work remotely.

Where Love Lives video for the week above!
In January, Sundays call us to consider all the ways we are part of something greater than ourselves. The messages seem to stand in stark contrast to months of social distancing, worshipping in front of our computers, and the strangeness of seeing people with face coverings and having no idea who they are. This January, Sundays will challenge us to see ourselves no longer in isolation but in community, connected to those who may not look like us or believe like us. For this reason, it is good to begin a new year remembering: “I am no longer my own, but thine. Put me to what thou wilt, rank me with whom thou wilt…”
This month the Western Jurisdiction’s #WhereLoveLivesUMC campaign brings us right in the middle of what has separated so many people from one another, the subject of marriage equality. Find the non-anxious presence of God deep in your soul as we journey together through these next few weeks.
May we discover together that as part of something greater than ourselves, our church community is #WHERELOVELIVESUMC.
Prayer Focus – Week of January 24th
God of all Unity and Peace, while we recognize that we may not always be of one mind, we also acknowledge the reality that we are all part of one body. May we accept one another as your beloved family in faith.
